The terms the module ships under, in full. The short version: you buy it once for one Magento installation, the first year of updates and support is included, and nothing switches off when that year ends.

Subject to these terms, Expanding Web grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use this software on one Magento installation you own or operate, including the multi-store, multi-website, development and staging environments belonging to that installation. 2. Free and Pro. The free tier may be used indefinitely without a key. Features marked Pro require a key issued by Expanding Web, valid for one storefront domain per key. The licence to use those features does not expire. 3. Updates and support. A purchase includes twelve months of updates and support from the date of issue, renewable. When that period ends, the version you hold keeps working with every Pro feature enabled; what stops is your entitlement to new versions, to compatibility work for new Magento releases, and to support. The software reports this in the admin panel and switches nothing off. 4. Revocation. Expanding Web may revoke a key that has been refunded, charged back, redistributed, or presented by a storefront other than the one it is bound to. On revocation the software returns to the free tier. No licence state ever blocks a storefront request or impairs your store. 5. Restrictions. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish this software or derivative works of it, remove or obscure this notice, or circumvent the licence check. 6. Modification. You may modify the software for use on your own installation. Modified copies are supported only insofar as the issue can be reproduced on an unmodified copy. 7. Data. The software sends no catalog, order or customer data to Expanding Web. See the user guide, section 5, for the complete list of outbound requests. 8. No warranty. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Expanding Web does not warrant that any AI surface will index, cite, rank or purchase from your store; no such outcome is promised, implied or sold. 9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expanding Web's total liability arising from the software is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
