The website

expandingweb.com presents the consulting services of Expanding Web Marcin Dancewicz, Malinowskiego 1, 59-600 Lwówek Śląski, Poland, and offers a free automated agent-readiness scan. The content is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code; prices shown are indicative starting points confirmed in each written agreement.

The free scanner

The scanner fetches a small number of public URLs from the domain you submit and reports technical observations. You may only scan domains you own or are authorised to assess. The scan performs no intrusive testing, sends no more than a handful of requests, and respects the target's robots.txt. Results are automated observations provided "as is", without warranty, and are not a security assessment or professional advice until reviewed and delivered by us in writing. Scanning is rate-limited; attempting to bypass limits or to scan third-party domains without authority is prohibited.

Payments and refunds

The Agentic Commerce Readiness Sprint is purchased on this site through Stripe Checkout; billing details and tax identifiers are collected at payment. Until the 30-minute kickoff call has taken place, you may cancel for a full refund. Once the kickoff has taken place and work has started, the fee is non-refundable — with one exception: if we conclude the engagement should not have been sold to your store, we say so and refund it in full.

Refunds are handled exclusively through a support ticket. Write to support@expandingweb.com or use the "Ask a human" form in the on-page assistant, quoting the email address used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe; card networks typically post them within 5–10 business days. Nothing here limits rights that mandatory consumer law grants and that cannot be waived.

Site agent chat

Clients whose sites we host may be given access to an AI site agent at chat.expandingweb.com. We create the account and tie it to the projects assigned to you; use the agent only for those projects and do not share your login. The agent edits your site's files directly and can publish content, so treat its output as a draft you are responsible for reviewing — it is automated, it can be wrong, and it comes with no warranty. Every file it changes is committed to version control, so we can roll a change back on request.

We read conversations with the agent. We do so to run, secure and improve the service: diagnosing failures, checking the quality of the agent's work, and tuning its instructions, skills and safeguards. Assume anything you type there is visible to us. Do not put passwords, payment details or other people's personal data into the chat. Your messages are also sent to the AI model providers that generate the replies — see the privacy policy for what is stored, for how long and on what lawful basis.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site to send spam, probe or disrupt the service, or submit content you have no right to share. We may withhold or withdraw the free scan and review at our discretion.

Intellectual property

Site content, the check taxonomy and report formats are the property of Expanding Web. Trademarks referenced (Adobe Commerce, Magento, OpenAI, Google and others) belong to their respective owners; see the independence disclaimer in the footer.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of free automated scan output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Polish law governs; disputes go to the court competent for our registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer provisions.
