Documentation — After you buy the sprint
After you buy the sprint
What happens between Stripe checkout and handover of the Agentic Commerce Readiness Sprint — kickoff, the five working days, deliverables, cancellation and refunds.
Right after payment
Stripe confirms the payment and you land on a confirmation page with a button to schedule the 30-minute kickoff call (if the booking link is not shown, we email you within one business day to schedule it). We aim to hold the kickoff within two business days of payment. On the call we agree the store in scope, the access we need and the prototype path — the five business days count from the kickoff, not from payment.
Until the kickoff has taken place you may cancel for a full refund — see below.
The five business days
The sprint runs on consecutive business days after the kickoff. You get a written status at the end of every phase; the account manager answers questions within four business hours (Central European Time, Monday to Friday).
- Audit — catalog and product data measured against what agents read; readiness checks run on every page type; your existing AI assistant reviewed if you have one.
- Architecture — how ACP, UCP and MCP fit your store and your stack, what stays as is, what is added, where the risks are.
- Prototype — one working piece on your real data, for example a UCP profile plus MCP catalog tools on a staging copy, so you can point an agent at it.
- Security and observability plan — what an agent may and may not do, rate limits, logging, how you will see agent traffic and failures.
- Roadmap and handover — a production plan with effort estimates and, if you want it, a quote for the implementation.
Everything is delivered in writing, plus the prototype as code. The roadmap is written so that your own team or any Magento agency can execute it.
Afterwards
30 days after handover the account manager checks in. Production implementation is quoted from the roadmap (typically $10,000–$20,000); monitoring is available from $399 a month. Neither is required.
Cancellation and refunds
- Until the kickoff call has taken place: cancel for a full refund, no questions.
- After the kickoff, once work has started: the fee is non-refundable — with one exception. If we conclude the sprint should not have been sold to your store, we say so and refund it in full.
- Refunds are handled only through a support ticket: write to support@expandingweb.com or use "Ask a human" in the on-page assistant, quoting the email address used at checkout. The refund goes back to the original payment method via Stripe; card networks typically post it within 5–10 business days.
The binding text is in the website terms; delivery of the engagement itself is governed by the written agreement concluded at kickoff.
